The main objective of Madina Islamic Education Centre is to impart religious as well as worldly knowledge to your child.The aim is to abreast your offspring with the latest scientific knowhows or intimacy in the light of Quran and Sunnah, so that your child learns to follow a righteous path in his life.To achieve our goals,we expect full cooperation from parents in the following regards: 1. The administration shall be liable to cancel the admission of any child who misbehaves with any teacher or employee at school. 2. The teacher shall have all the authority to be strict with the student as far as matters of education or behavior are concerned.In this connection unnecessary interference by the parents or guardian shall not be approved. 3. Any complains of the teacher , should be directly reported to the principal or else should be dropped in the complain box in black and white. 4. During official hours of school , no student shall be granted leave of absence. Moreover, no one shall be allowed to meet the student in school timings prior to the respected permission from the principal. ` 5. In case of unreported absence or late arrival to school shall be taken under notice and teacher shall have officialdom to punish the student. 6. Absence from school should be disapproved .Often children miss school because of dirty or improper uniform.Therefore it is advised,that you should avoid negligence and carelessness in this regard. 7. Application should be given to the principal for leave of three or more days, at least a week before.For unreported absence for seven days in the department of verbal or for three days in the department of cramming of Quran,strict notice shall be taken. 8. If a student's name is struck off from the school, he shall not be allowed to seek readmission. 9. Student's uniform should be simple and according to the rules of the school.Plain grey kurta with straight bottom,its length should be down to the knees,and have grey shalwar which should not touch the ankles, and on the head the student should wear white cap. 10. Special attention to the cleanliness of the uniform of the child should be paid inclusive of which is proper trimming of nails and hair plus washing of face and brushing of teeth. 11. Without complete uniform , the student shall not be permitted to sit in the classroom. 12. Parents/guardian should look after the conduct and progress in studies at home.Moreover, they should encourage their child to act upon the principles of Quran and Sunnah as taught at school. 13. You should yourself offer five times prayers daily and develop a constant habit in your child to do the same. You should complain at school, if the child is disobedient and does not offer his prayers regularly. 14. Give your child a lunch box with good meals so that it should not have adverse effect on his health. On the lunch, box the name of the child together with his class room number should be written. 15. The child should learn to take care of his own things because in case if he looses or break anything, the administration shall not be responsible for it. 16. It is parents/guardian's duty to bring or take the child to and from school daily. 17. If your child travels by school van, you should inform the driver concerned about the regulations regarding punctuality. 18. Only the students who are well-versed in verbal recitation of Quran shall be given admission in department of learning by heart of Quran. 19. Parent teachers meetings shall be held at different times of the session.It is customary for the parents to attend all such events. 20. The student who failed to produce the desired results his admission shall be cancelled. 21. The application for leave of absence of the student should bear his name, father's name, the department he is in and the classroom number. It is essentially requested to fill it and send it to the school by ---------------. It is of immense importance, that the information provided in the form should be genuine. Remember that this report would help us to rehearse your offspring appropriately. 1. Is early to bed and early to rise. 2. Hesitate to wake up early in the morning. 3. Displeases to go to School. 4. Determined on taking unnecessary holidays from school. 5. Does he pay regards to you on his way to school or back to home? 6. Does he pay regards to you on his departure from any place other then school? 7. Does he kiss your hand when he leaves for school or when he reaches home 8. Does he study regularly at home? 9. Do you take strict notice of your child's negligence to studies? 10. At home, does he act upon the principles taught at school? 11. Does he respect elders? 12. Instead of using oppressive speech at home, he has a very polite style. 13. He avoids telling lies and does not use abrasive language. 14. He is disobedient and outspoken. 15. Watch television programs frequently. 16. His daily pocket money is less than Rs. 5.00. 17. Whatever is cooked at home , he/she eats happily. 18. Does he offer his prayers regularly? 19. Usually which prayer is he/she not able to offer on time ? 20. Extra curricular activities, if any. 21. Do you attend the religious congregations accompanied by your child? 22. During this month , how many times did you visit and meet the concerned Teachers regarding your child's progress at school? 23.
